- Pre-construction and estimating. Finalise drawings with your team or ours. Receive a detailed itemised estimate, schedule, and written assumptions.
- Permitting and procurement. Submit to the RMWB, manage revisions, and start long-lead procurement early.
- Construction. Licensed trades, COR-aligned safety, weekly progress reports, one PM as your point of contact.
- Commissioning and handover. Inspections, deficiency list, owner training, warranty package, 30-day and 11-month check-ins.
